The complete list of third parties that process customer data on behalf of the SuiteBrain AI service. We give at least 14 days’ notice before adding or replacing one.

Two paths, two roles. When your team uses SuiteBrain AI through Claude, Anthropic is your Claude vendor under your Claude terms; SuiteBrain AI receives the tool calls Claude makes and answers them from your CRM. When you use the hosted chat in the SuiteBrain AI portal, SuiteBrain AI calls the model on your behalf and Anthropic is our subprocessor. Both cases are listed above so there is no ambiguity.
What is not on this list. Your SuiteCRM. It is yours, hosted where you host it, and SuiteBrain AI connects to it as the signed-in user. We keep no copy of its records.
Change notice. We publish changes here and email the technical contact on each account at least 14 days before a new subprocessor receives customer data. Objections go to support@suitecrm-ai.com.
