SuiteBrain AI is in launch. These are the terms that apply to the trial today; paid plans use a customer agreement we send on request.
The trial
The trial is free for 14 days, includes everything in the Pro plan and needs no card. It connects to your SuiteCRM using credentials you control and can be revoked by you or by us at any time. When it ends, AI requests are refused until you choose a plan; nothing is deleted. We may end or change the trial with notice by email.
You keep every right to your data. We claim none. You are responsible for having the right to connect the SuiteCRM instance you connect.
Paid plans
Starter and Pro are sold monthly or yearly; Business and Enterprise are sold under a written customer agreement that covers service levels, data processing, subprocessors and termination. Ask for the current agreement at hello@suitecrm-ai.com.
Third parties
Using SuiteBrain AI requires a Claude plan from Anthropic, governed by Anthropic's terms. SuiteCRM is governed by its own licence. SuiteBrain AI is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic or SalesAgility.
